Phone Calls Can Relieve Anxiety and Depression in Lockdown

These calls also improved the general mental health of study participants within 4 weeks. Loneliness, depression, and anxiety were measured at the beginning of the study and then after 4 weeks. Kahlon thinks programs like ‘Sunshine Calls’ can remedy a shortage of mental health professionals.
