As far as eating, counting calories and eating healthy is second nature to me now. Two more months and that makes a whole year of eating healthy and working out 🙂I’ll preface my update by saying ‘Thank You’! Although I was committed to this and had focus, it was still tough sticking to working out on a regular basis and eating healthy. My friends made it easier though, they didn’t make a fuss or anything when I started eating healthy when we all went out to eat. Healthy eating?
