I Meditated for 500 Days in a Row and Here’s What I Learned — Calm Blog

We hope it provides encouragement for anyone looking to make meditation a daily habit. In the 108 years of Major League Baseball (MLB), only one person has come close to batting a .500. I have practiced meditation for nearly two decades, but have never come close to a 30-day streak, let alone 500 — my longest was seven days in 2019. So, you can see why I was surprised and stoked when I hit 500. As I reflected, what started to come into view was not only the streak but the circumstances surrounding the streak.
